nothing to say

jom minum....


lets start back a healthy diet for a healthy & fit body for THE RACE!!
last 20km was 2hr:00min:54sec..
target this June is 1hr:45min:00sec.. 
for those who are professional runners please comment is it to cut off 15mins is okay or it is too much for me as a beginner?

I m not a pro....not even close enough..But I think wiv da right training U probably can hit wat U aim 4...Bulan Mei n Jun....bole ler train seriously kan? Get a good coach/an experienced friend to work wiv...if U r serious enough...hehe. All da best!

anda mampu..!! kite lari same2 eh nanti sc 2?? nk ikot org yg da experienced lari jarak jauh ni..hmm,sambil2 2 bawa la air dutch lady..hehe

tapi sblom tu aku nk tanye dlu..
ni berdasarkan pengalaman la..hehe

hmm..mase lari half ari tu ko ade nk crem or push tak??

sbb aku rase mmg bleh kalo nk kurangkan 15minit tu..ko kne pastikan 10km msti antara 50minit.
training utk event 10km dapat 47-50minit..insyaAllah bleh dapat capai target tu..

err, xde crem time lari aku push gak, ikutkan dah x larat nak lari.. tp igt x kat krete tu aku mintk kau spray tu, time tu peha aku rasa tarik semacam je.. ala lal nak crem pun ada. lutut aku rasa sengal2 esoknya bukan on the spot.
