Hello all.. haa, this time I've uploaded my training route (will be soon). It's 5.5km and can test my strength even though it's short, but IT GOT HILLS! hehe...
I'm 20 by now, having a simple life, simple guy. Running to keep me fit, that's what i hold on to. Running also develop inner strength of achieving one goal. So, why don't we run? I don't smoke - it's bad for your health, smokers please try to stop :)..
